What do you mean Nitec? / myLot

I am looking for work in Singapore. And I saw this requirement of one of the company. I can pass all the requirements except for this part " Min Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT or related fields is an asset" What do you mean Higher Nitec?

I do not live in Singapore however I have looked up your issue. It seems to me that nitec is basically a certificate of certification, for example if you're a certified doctor, you know? There is some course you need to take to earn this OR you could also get a diploma in IT as specified by your job's requirements. Good luck!
