Where do you usually PROMOTE your online programs?

A side from traffic exchange sites, I'm just curious as to where you guys promote your online programs in able to gain referrals?
Please share your techniques, tips and tricks or your most recommended programs.
As for myself, I usually post my referral links in my Facebook and twitter account, but I do it mildly though. I only have 1 account and don't want to spam my relatives and friends.
I also use T.E. sites like easyhits4u and other programs like that but I easily get bored with it. _

I mostly use Craigslist.org to get people to know about the sites I am on. It works for me, not quickly but effectively...

try ibotoolbox,its works for me very effectively,it is an effective way to get more good quality traffic and it is for free

Like you I also promote my links -specially of Articles - on Facebook and Twitter. Plus I have joined 4 Groups on Facebook to promote my links. It is free to join so I suggest you to go to facebook and join the group to promote your links.
