Image links to your site will likely do well. As previously suggested, put a picture link in your signature on a forum or something. Promote, promote, promote!

Join in a forum with adult content and attach signatures of your site. Join and become a member of an adult site. You will meet some members and you can promote you site to them. You can create a fan page in Facebook having adult content then likes the same fan page and post your site there. You can do this too in twitter.
