I don't get to use this airline anymore since I am in Canada and they don't fly here but I really love jet blue. They are so customer oriented it is unbelievable what they have done for me in the past. We have been delayed for half an hour a few times and they refunded us 50 dollars for those delayed. Other airlines give you nothing for delayed. Me daughter just flew air Canada and was delayed 6 hours and we got nothing at all. Once with jet blue we missed our connecting flight so they gave us 25 dollars for food, a hotel and even refunded me my entire flight price then flew us out for free the next day. And believe this or not but I had a diving trip paid for for the following day that I missed since we missed our first connecting flight and they actually gave me 300 dollars to cover the cost of my diving trip I missed out on. I couldn't believe how generous they were.
