Around My House Photos

My house garden, and some of the outside - You can see the synthetic grass we have, the white fence, the gate , our brown floor of the garden, The road that separates us from our neighbors. I like our neighbors, they are so nice. You can see a Mitsubishi old car they have... This is where I grew up for the last 29 years.
There is a block behind our neighbors, we can see its back.

I had to throw the trash so I decided Why not uploading some photos of my neighborhood around the house. Every single picture can show many things and many stories at once.

I've been an amateur photographer for many years and there is really not all that much that I can think of that I don't take the time to take some pictures of. However, with that said, I have to admit that the vast majority of the pictures that I take are pictures of people, be it my children or friends of mine. I do some pictures of inanimate objects from time to time, but I really do find that I have a lot more fun taking pictures of people and animals.

That's your taste, but, why won't you take some photos of your neighborhood and upload them here ? I will be happy to see and talk about them. Show us the trees, maybe something with some art ? We will all see the roads you walk at, some houses and gardens...feel free to share.

Another part of the neighborhood - You can see the buildings where they start , we can throw the garbage.
It's a street called "josephthal" (It's after the name of jozephthal who was a partner at the Jewish Agency.
No, it's a synthetic grass, not a real one. I decided to take photos of the neighborhood to show the environment of my house, to show the paths. I didn't think about taking pictures from the inside. I also want to add another photo to show some more of the neighborhood you can see where the buildings begin, there is a garbage can where everyone can throw the garbage too.

the same but from different angle - A nice view of the neighborhood not far from where I live. maybe 3 minutes of walking.
You can see many things. This place was once all weed and wild grass. It was not a place to walk at.
and here is the same area but, from a different angle. I took it from my cousin's window at the fourth floor. It is the same road but, from the opposite direction and from the high floor. What do you think ? Can you bring some photos too ?

Looks nice. Do you do this yourself, or have someone come help you with some of it. I wish we could get someone to come help with our backyard area making it look better, and cut down the apple tree, etc. and just make more a garden look. But it takes time and money. But I appreciate seeing what you have done with yours.

I didn't do anything, lol. I just shot some photos with my simple mobile phone camera. All you need is a mobile with a camera, shoot some photos of your garden , the streets from some angles and points. After you shot some photos, you need a USB cable to connect the mobile phone or camera to the computer and you will be able to access the photos and even upload them here. Now, why would you like to cut the apple tree ? When I was a kid, we had some fruit trees like Loquat, guava, pomegranate, lemon ...Now they are all gone many years ago and we didn't plant anything instead. That's a shame and a waste of a good potential of the soil. Having only synthetic grass is useless, only pretty. Don't cut the apple tree, plant additional fruit trees.

That is also a great talking point when you get visitors to your house, they will see the photos up and it will become focused on, and as you said they can tell so many stories.

One photo is 1,000 words as they say. Why don't you upload any photo of your neighborhood so you can talk about things at the photo, tell some stories, what you used to do there, what do we see in the photo... Don't you have a camera with a USB cable ? I will be happy to see photos of your neighborhood and talk about them too.

Well, beautiful photography, and especially beautiful garden you have. I would also like to have one like yours. Speaking of photos, I prefer to portray people rather than landscapes. The problem is that the people that IĀ find around, (maybe even strangers on the street), do not much like being photographed. However, someone told me yes, and I have filed these photos from my phone to the computer. Every now and then, print a subject and hang it for about six months in my bedroom. Then I change it to someone else! Do I look a little odd? Tell me how well you think !

The street and my neighbor's house - You can see the fence of my neighbor that lives in front of my house across the street.
He has 2 trees you can see an avocado tree and a grapefruit tree.
His fence is made of bamboo branches.
First of all, thank you for responding, It makes me able to upload and reply even more photos. I would like you to upload photos of your neighborhood, I don't thing it's illegal since no one knows wherie is it and what's the location, you don't have to tell. Don't take pictures of strangers without asking them. Your idea of hanging photos of strangers on your room wall is an interesting idea, you can think what the face can tell, what the man has gone through his life (almost like chorology, reading someone's life according to his hand lines). Keep doing that, It will develop an artistic side of you as a photographer. Now, I want to add another image of my neighborhood, you can see some more of my neighborhood.

Well, thank you, but unfortunately at the moment I do not have the phone with integrated camera. Should I buy one next month, because what I had before, I sold it. However, as soon as I can do some snapshot, I could have the idea to publish it.

So beautiful, I especially like the green grass, makes me feel relaxed. I admire you so much, as I live in a tall building and never have such a beautiful garden.

The street and parking lot of the building - on the right side you can see some parking cars and the building they belong to.
Near the building you can see a hibiscus bush. It has red big flowers at the spring season and one small part of the flowers can be stick on the nose to make a Pinokio nose" Maybe I will show it someday.
At the left side you can see the bush fence of our neighbors to the left of my house.
They are good neighbors with a cute female dog.
You are welcome to add some photos of your own neighborhood. You don't know how many stories it can start just from one single photo. Go ahead , show us photos you take and tell us what we see in your photos. I will upload one more photo so you can see more of the street. If you want to ask things about the photos, go ahead, ask me everything you want.

When I was a kid, I used to play soccer at that place on the photo. I also ride the bicycle, and roller blades. I used to play there with my dog, I threw lemons on the ground and oranges and he ran after them. Those were times and the photo reminds me all of that.

Very nice photos. Looks like a very comfortable place to live. I saw where you said you had been there for 29 years. I can see why.

My parents moved to that neighborhood so my mother would live above her mother. It happened when I was 1.5 years old. That was a smart thing to do and my mother visits her mother everyday, we eat launch with her, talk with her... My dad doesn't like it because he needs mom like a babysitter, lol. He will get over it. Please, share some photos of your neighborhood, tell us about the houses or the trees, the road...

I agree. Photos can really help one a lot with topics to write about. Just describing a photo, everything about it, in it, related to taking it, could end up being several pages of writing.

That's right, and thanks for reviving my thread. It's been more than 3 years now and lately, 2 weeks ago, we added a shed to our parking at the garden. We call it a pergula, but, you can tell me what it is. I can describe it as a roof for the car parking lot.
