This was at around 3.20 AM yesterday. Yes, I was up at that time, at least an hour later than the usual time I go to bed lol. No, actually, I was waiting for a video to upload from TryMyUI, one of those sites that pay me to test websites. I couldn't go to bed until the darn thing uploaded so I could close the window and log out. The test itself didn't come in until around 2.45 AM and I was up at that time because it was taking me HOURS to drink 2 cans of Holsten Pils. I don't normally drink on a Monday night, Tuesday morning you see. It was a 'treat' from my hubby. Well, the fact I was up so late acted in my favour as I wouldn't normally see such a test until around 1pm lol. By that time it would've gone to someone else and I would've lost out.

Good to see I am not the only night owl. I actually function better at night and in the early hours of the morning, usually I am up till 2am, sometimes even later, I just get so engrossed with what I am doing online, besides it's soooo much quieter at night and I can get so much more day than during the day. Was hubby up with you or was he sound asleep? I hope that site paid you well for your trouble!

They have a different payment system than UserTesting but they did pay me for my previous test so I should be OK. It varies the time I go to bed. Sometimes it can be relatively early (for me at least) at around 12.30 to 1am but usually it's 1.30 to 2am and beyond. Last night was exceptional though as I just couldn't get rid of my cans and the test wasn't in until very, VERY late and I thought..Oh, darn it, I'll do the test now..it will be too late if I wait until I get up! John usually goes to bed at midnight at the very latest, especially during weekdays as he works of course. He shall be up in about 5 hours from now!

It sounds as if the damned test comes in at any time, like playing hide-and-seek .You seem to often burn the midnight oil recently.Don't the TryMyUI and the like get your sleep schedule messed up ? How do you catch up on lost sleep? You should take care of yourself,or else you would burn yourself out.

These sites I use are US-based, as is MyLot of course. So, even though the test was a British website it didn't come online until about 2.45am. Yes, I could've waited until I got up from my bed a few hours later but the test would've gone by then as I'm not exactly an 'early bird.'

As the saying goes, "Patience is a virtue". And even if it would mean having less time to rest, we must be really willing to wait.

I've since received a top rating for the test as well so now I should get more tests coming into my inbox. I'm really pleased!
