We Have a Peach Tree!

So hey yall, I have a peach tree in the back of my yard, and I have had it grow good peaches on it for one year but last year it didn't grow anything and I am paying this year that it bare some fruit. have yall ever been in a similiar situation where your fruit trees grow on year then want grow the next year and why does it do that?

I've never been lucky enough to have a fruit tree, at least not one where I thought it was safe to eat the fruit. That has to be pretty cool, when the fruit does actually grow. Maybe it has something to do with the climate, which has been going haywire for the past couple of years.
