I cannot explain myself, I have a great day and a fun day but when I got home for no reason I suddenly felt sad and lonely for no reason at all and I can't explain why feeling like this, it affects those people who talked to me every time I have that kind of mood swings. Do you experience the same thing? How do you deal with this?

When I was younger, I used to have the same experience. And I think it is due to some hormonal imbalance. But I have gotten over those mood swings now.

Bad moods that come out of no where are the worst. That's because you cannot even explain where the bad mood is coming from or what is causing it. If you objectively looked at your life, everything would seem pretty okay. But for some reason you cannot deny the feeling that everything sucks. If someone was like " sorry you feel bad, what's wrong?" you don't even know what to tell them. So then you start to feel bad about feeling bad. Stop that. It's a dangerous spiral.just accept that you are allowed to feel however you are feeling - that's the first step to lifting the burden. Give yourself permission yo be in a bad mood. The guilt only makes it worse.

Mood swing - Illustration of mood swings
There was a time last year when I had multiple mood swings in a day. I can pretty much control it in a way that it doesn't affect the people around me. At home I have to be busy too so I couldn't let my mood swings affect me that much.

Basically if you ask me that is quite common as it affects more people and they are facing this for long time and we need to control it ,i have felt it more than once.just make ourself fresh and happy
