Virtual Assistants

There isn't many virtual assistants to be found in Malaysia and Singapore. Most virtual assistants in Asia seem to come from India and the regions thereabout.
I wonder why that is so. And honestly, how virtual can virtual assistants get??

I think the reason for that is cost cutting. Guys in India charge less than any other countries and that is the main reason for hiring people online and also BPO's, to cut costs. I have been trying to land a VA job but still no luck, hopefully I could get one.

That is not very common in the Philippines. How does that work? We have call centers everywhere in the country but virtual assistants is something that we have to look into in terms of work.
