My car is all fixed now for another 5.000 miles

So my car is finally all fixed now and back to normal. My brakes were getting really bad on my car as they were squeaking horribly so finally had to buy brake pads and also needed an oil change. My boyfriend came over today and he put the brake pads on my car and did my oil change for me. Oh how I love him for it, so nice he's willing to do that for me. Doesn't even charge me I just buy the stuff and he does it. We also checked my fluids and made sure they were ok and all I needed was coolant fluid added and now I'm good to go again for awhile. I will have my car for 5 yrs in July and no issues with it and I'm thankful for that. I always keep up on my services and stuff like that to keep it in good shape. Do you have a loved one that will do your mechanic work for you? I like that I do so I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for charges at a shop just to do the same stuff for you. It's ridiculous.
