I'm so happy. I got 23 views on my blog just for today and the day has not even ended yet. I still have 2 hours 'till this day is officially over. This is the highest number of view that I receive in one day on my new blog. Maybe sharing on pinterest and facebook really helps because that's the only thing I did for my blog today. But I think I got more views from Pinterest. Because I've been sharing my blog on facebook even before but I only get 1 to 3 views. If I'm lucky I get 5 views from sharing on facebook. But today is very different. I'm so glad that I thought about sharing my blog on pinterest. YAY!

Good job! That's a good start and I have to agree with you. The more social networking sites that you share your blog with, the more visits it will have since you will be covering lots of "distribution areas" and reach out to people who might be interested in what your blog is about. Good luck, and more views for you!

I am not much of a blogger but I must congratulate you for getting maximum number of views on your blog today. I am sure with time you would get more and more. You are right when you say that you put your blogs on facebook and pinterest. What I can suggest is put your link on the wall of your close friends so they too know you wrote something and read and this way it can be read by their friends too who are not even in your circle. This way it would increase your page view even more.

Hi Jhithi,
First of all congratulations for getting maximum number of hits today ever. I always share my blogs even old ones on facebook and pininterst and Yes i get few page views from both sides. Also I get my friends to share my blogs on their facebook and pininterest too and they too get me some page views. I am not professional blogger and my quality is not great too but I still manange to get some page views.

Social networks are really great for promoting blogs. All the more if you have a lot of friends and followers that really will support you. Quality of the blog is important but what's also important is that you share it with other people and you update often. So people will not get bored of coming back to your blog to see something new.

That is good. I wish my blogs will be visited as well. Due to some personal reason these days, I was not able to visit other blog reason of my zero visitor too. I am so sad because my blog is my major source of online income, but anymore this time co's I have no "PR" anymore.
I don't share my blog on facebook anymore because I sometimes post some very personal views about people and things on my blog. I don't like some people whom I have friend-ed on facebook reading my blog. hahaha.
I am happy for you though.

Thanks a lot. Well you can also use other social networking sites to share your blog on. You should try twitter. If you have a lot of followers then you can get more views from twitter.... and also. I am thinking of starting a group on facebook that allows bloggers to exchange views with each other. If you'd like to try it, it will be very helpful.

That is a good news! You can also use twitter. I am sharing my articles on twitter and I can get views. I also found some visits from pinterest to my blog lately. But I don't know yet how to use pinterest. I just pinned my site there. I don't know really how it works.

Pinterest is a really fun website. I spend almost half of my day on there. Repining, liking a bunch of stuff and also pinning my blog posts. You can find a lot of different things there. For me, I always hang out on the DIY category. I learn a lot of great stuff on there. Once you get the basics of using pinterest. I'm sure you'll be addicted. :)

glad to hear that khithi. i can feel that kind of happiness and satisfaction when your hard work one day starts paying you. it's something i shall never forget when i started my own blog a year ago. you see those views increasing day by day and you don't really know from they are coming--i like it. congrats to you and best of luck for your blog.

That's cool, so whats your blog about ? Another way to get views is to have your youtube videos shared to blogger so they appear on blogger. Videos attract people give it a go .

That's a great start! This post came up in the "You might also like" section. I see now that it was posted going on 3 years ago! I'm going to go look for an update. I'm hoping you'll reply here to let me know how you're doing now! Do you still have your blog? How many views are you getting now? Is your blog making you money?
