I can't log in to my Yahoo Messenger

Dear All, Have you ever had this experience? I can access to my Yahoo mail. However, I can't log in to Yahoo Messenger! I don't know why. Do you have any advice for me?

Is your yahoo messenger updated? Try updating it.. Or you can download a new version of yahoo messenger, remove the old one, then install the new one. I think this is just incompatibility issue or misconfiguration of your yahoo messenger settings. Kindly check it properly, or ask an IT expert to assist you..

Maybe I should call to Yahoo at my local. Because The Yahoo Messenger announce that my pass is broken. But I can't remember all information to change a new ones. Thank you for your response.

I see maybe, you are having some passwords problems, you can try their local support.. Its the best way to ask for solutions about your problem..

Maybe your internet connection is slow. It happened to me a lot of times.

I don't think so. Because I can't access to Yahoo mail and other pages :)
