I have trouble accessing mg drive C. I need help!

I installed oracle 11g. After that I can't access mg drive C. I'm getting error message "access is denied. I don't know what to do now. How someone can help me..
I have researched on google and I tried to run cmd as administrator but still can't access my drive C. I'm getting error, "windows cannot access C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe.
Some instructions I found, I don't really understand the instruction that why I cannot follow..
I'm not so familiar with the terms that's why I find it hard to follow the instruction. Hope someone can help me and give me clear step by step instruction because I'm really slow and not good with it.

Which edition did you install (Express, Standard One, Standard or Enterprise)? And, if it was not the Express edition, how did you get it?

I think it's express edition. There's XE sign on it. I got the installer from a friend.

Its been a long time since you posted the question but I'm just curious. Are you still facing this problem? If not, how did you resolve it?
