For the last 1 year, i try paleo diet. It's a good way to do your diet, and i think i will stick with this diet. I like to know about you ? Have you ever try paleo diet ? what do you think about this diet?

I have heard of paleo watering, which is a term which is used in irrigation. It is first time I am introduced to it.

I have never tried it but I understand it's a very healthy way of eating. The only problem is that it's modeled after what Paleolithic man ate. The foods they had available to them back then were more pure. I would think you'd have to buy only organic meats and vegetables, if you can. And what about all the GMO foods that aren't labeled as such? They're everywhere. I know processed foods are not part of the diet but if people won't buy GMO foods, the manufacturer's don't mind so much because that's what they're putting in all the processed food products these days. And they've created what's called the terminator seed which is a genetically altered seed that produces plants that don't produce seeds. So everything must be grown from the terminator seeds. And everything will be GMOs. But back to your diet - it is a very healthy way of eating and the reason for the lack of grains in it is because grains weren't around then. Over consumption of grains suppresses the thyroid. At least that's what I read and no one's refuted it so far that I can find. I wish you a lot of luck and I think you'll notice a difference in the way you feel. I'm sure you'll feel quite healthy. Good luck with it!

thank you for your response. Yes you are right, GMO's are everywhere right now. We always try to find the best raw meat and vege we can cook. And i felt much more healthy now.

You're welcome. I must have misread your post. I see now you said you've been on it for a year. Wow. Are there any other changes besides feeling more healthy? I mean that's a really good one but did you lose any weight or see any other effects from it? Like maybe your skin looks better? Of course if you weren't overweight and you had nice skin it wouldn't matter, I guess. I'm just very interested in the diet. Not to try it as I hardly eat much meat but I think it's interesting.

Hi Deazil, it's good to hear if you interested in diet. i did this only for my health, not because overweight. i'm just continue from my previous diet. so this purely for my health. i did my diet for more than 5 years. I did this also to manage my mind too. This is the hardest part. Am I right ? Are there any changes ? yes there are some changes, i can sleep much more better, my digestive functioning properly, i feel my body much more light now and much more easier to control my mind and etc. and we should do some exercise too, so i feel much more better :)

hi i loo ked this up and its not for me a diabetic as I must have carbs as well as protein and too I am not a Paleo woman living in t he stone ages.So no my doctor says thats not a good diedt for most p eoople and certainly not for diabetics. we eat whole grains, lean meat, lots of veggies and fruits, lo fat milk and dairy. No I do not diet I ha ve a lifestyle change instead and use common sense not omitting foods I need.

I have never heard of it here in mexico. How does that diet work? Is it a pill diet?

that is not a pill my friend. With Paleo diet, you can't eat flour, sugar, yam, beans, salt, cow milk, soya, carbs such as noodle, pizza, burger, rice and etc. that's why i never buy cookies, cake, butter and something like that. now i make cake with almond flour and coconut flour. its good though!
