why some people driving a car are drunk and some are drinking while driving?

Though driving a car with so much alcohol intake are prohibited, still many are doing this. For reasons that they came from parties and other occasions. Is this a valid reason? Others are drinking while driving. They do this to make them hyper and stay awake while driving. I tried this and really effective but is this really the solution to keep you awake while driving? What's your comments?

I think the only solution for this is discipline, you can drink and then drive as long as you know your limitations and you are aware on it. Drinking while driving is also within the driver as long as he can manage and will not be overtaken by drunkenness..

It is definitely a no-no to drink and drive. It is never safe. Why? because intoxication may cloud your good judgment while driving.

Keep you awake? But I heard some news that if people are drunk, they're prone in accident. I don't know. Maybe they are also good to make people keep awake while driving, but what I know is if people are drunk, they are really prone in accident especially in driving a car.

Well the only reason I can think of that would make people drink while they drive would be that they don't care about themselves, their family or the other people in traffic. That or they may just be utterly stupid.

Never drink and drive.Nothing is reason even staying awake , for drinking and driving.
Why do one want to play with others life.
Try some chew-able things which might consume your lot of time. Drink some coffeee

Hi Johnjoe, An addicted persone will never admit they are an addicted, what's so ever!
they will never think about safety or other people, all they think just themself. seems like they lost their mind.

Please don't drink and drive you could ruin your life or destroy someone else's.Go to the doctors and get help.Drink will send you to sleep not keep you awake.Can you imagine how bad you will feel if you drive into a family and kill them.I am not condeming you just please ,please don't do this again.

It is simple, they are being so irresponsible people. They don't care of what will happen to them or affecting of other people. It is too bad to know that people are so insensitive.

Sometimes, people feel like no matter how much (or how little) they had to drink, they are still alert and ok to drive. I think that in itself is a bad judgement call. I think when people are caught drinking and driving, they should be put in prison just so they have time enough to think about the possible lives they could have ruined..they should have to be lectured by relatives of people who lost family and friends due to drunk driving...

Apart from paying fine for doing this if you are caught by the traffic police, you are also risking your life. See, life is priceless and you would not like to lose it. So one should hire a driver for driving after partying instead of risking ones life or others.
