What's the most you know if that's been paid for a PS3?

My brother got a hold of a PS3 yesterday and doesn't know if he should put it on Ebay now or wait until closer to Xmas. What do you all think?

i would do it now.......my friend bought 2 ps3's for $500 and sold them for 2000 each on ebay. They are in big demand right now. I heard that they will release more in xmas meaning the demand is supplied which is bad new for the seller. I hope tihs helps :)
