this happens to me every time i hear the phone ring. when the phone rings, it's a call to some kind of action. someone wants you to do something, or someone wants to tell you that you didn't something right. maybe someone wants to get the last little hour of time you have saved for yourself, so that they can talk your ears off and waist your time. i hate when the phone rings. what does the phone ringing mean to you? does it bring you alot of stress?

Phone ringing usually causes me shock because hardly anyone talks to me. I don't really have friends and my family is estranged. So when the phone rings I usually jump and just stare. XD

As an OFW a phone ring brings sunshine to me. It is either my parents or some close relatives who want to hear my voice and see that I am fine here in abroad.Whenever I receive a call I feel so thankful and contented.Unless a scammer will ring my phone telling me that I won from Freelotto Mobile number lottery as what happened three days ago, then it will ruin my day.

I agree with you Ms Zearah, when my phone rings it makes my heart beat faster than usual I am always anticipating calls from my love ones unless like what you've said when I received calls from stalkers...they make me feel irritated _

Hello Ms Ulan, here we are again in an exciting conversation.I forget my cellphone inside Mr. Itim's room.I happened to sit there for few minutes after his wife invited me for a short talk then I left without remembering my cellphone. Thanks God no one has ring my phone that whole night.I was so conscious though because I felt like any messages stored in our cellphone must be private in general.

I usually only have dread when people call me. It's usually my mum nagging at me to eat more fruits and drink more water (and I'm not that young anymore but still), or my best friend who calls me to talk for about an hour even though I have things to do of my own. Whoever is calling usually does not benefit me (unless it's to tell me I won a lucky draw which happens once in a while, and yes it's not fake because I really do receive the items without having to pay any money). Sometimes I get fed up and just ignore the phone, LOL.

For me, I love the thought of having a way the number pops up on my Cell phone, etc. This helps keep some of the people from calling and disturbing me when I am at work, etc. Especially if it is someone I am not wanting to talk with at the moment.

When I lived with my partner when they were out I would actually unplug the phone! I hated the intrusion, if I wanted to get on with something unless I took the phone out I would be pestered by irritating salespeople ringing up or my partner nagging me to do things, no joke my partner would ring three or four times a day! I would get fed up with it. Same when I wanted a bath I took the phone off, the amount of times I'd just be getting into the bath or be in the bath and the damn phone would ring!

It is indeed a bother to us when we want to have a little time to ourselves, somebody gives you a call then talks the hind legs off a donkey. I have a great fear of phone ring too, only I am afraid that it would tell me my worst fears, because my wife's parents are getting on for ninety and live 200 miles away.

It depends what phone rings. If it's my personal cellphone, well yes my heart skips a beat-because of excitement and happiness. It might be my husband who is working abroad, or my siblings back in the Philippines or my family or friends here. But if it's my business phone, well, that depends. It can be a good news or a bad one so I just try to calm down and be more business-like.

hahaha, that is why I keep my cell in silent. I decide when i want to speak to others. I do not have many friends and my close friends have their time to call. so, when I do not want to speak to people, I just do not and go offline sometimes by switching off the cell. Still when I get call sometimes when the cell is on, I don't know. I am just not too confortable with calls and all as I said I do not have many friends and suddenly if people call, i feel weird about it and I just don't feel like speaking to people on phone.

Not really, well it depends on who's calling. The phone's there for that purpose so why should I be stressed. I think I'll stressed if it doesn't ring.
