Access Proxy Internet to access Youtube

Youtube is a site where we can find many thing necessary for us. It is also my one of favorite site where i search video for entertainment, tutorials, shows etc. My Govt.banned it for violating religious value. As a result, i can't access youtube like previous. It is great hamper for online freedom. Now i need information that how i can access youtube via proxy? Help me if anyone have good idea ?
