how to join revenue sharing sites

hi, I saw many revenue sharing sites where we post articles and get revenue split from google adsense. such as hubpages, infobarrels the point is I need to join adsense as well. I am living in Asia and adsense need us website to be six months old. Dose this mean that I need to wait six month before I can get a dollar? Secondly, what to type into the website field in adsense' signup form?
