As the saying goes, we build business to build relationship. With this though in mind, we are always reminded to include and consider other people other than ourselves in decision making and others things.

Agree. Spot on. Money the only side of business, you have to be good at people too becuase you might need them in running the company.

I agree with your point but I think you did not get it yet. All businesses (legal ones for making-a-point's sake) are existing to resolve human problems. A business not designed to solve a human need would not theoretically exist. You might ask why. Let me return the question to you. Give a business that does not resolve any human problem/ need. You cannot think of anything. You maybe referring to businesses who treat their workers unjustly. That would be another discussion though.

hi there prabu6683, my perception for business did not change at all. that when i have think building up a business before, i am also thinking to help others for them to have an earning opportunity. and even now, in every effort that i am doing to build a business, i make it sure that i do also help others to earn for their living. it might not be as big as others think but i can say, it somehow helps.

Business does not mean to build and forget. It is a lifelong relationship with our clients. If we don't answer their queries they may never turn loyal. Our whole system depends upon our customers. We have to serve them in the best possible manner. Only then we can expect to grow.
