This training always has a problem

I signed up for a training session online, our boss gave us this link. So I signed up today for 1pm. There is always a problem with the system, eithe ryou can't hear him, it echos, you name it, it's a problem. I have taken about 6 of these webinars and it takes 3x longer because of the issues we end up having. I normally sit on MyLot and have it in the background, while for the first 30 minutes they figure it out.

Could you mention to your boss that there are some 'techy' issues with the online training session, such as the echos? Perhaps, he isn't aware of the problems. Anyways, all the best to you.

You think that they would not have a webinar course again until they can figure out what is going on. It takes time out of a person's day just waiting the 30 minutes for it to truly begin.

Hi Ricki that does not sound like much fun when tyuo want to learn what they are teaching and you have to stretch to hear it or it echos all making it take forever. hr eh so you muylot good for you, do not blame you at all.

We never have webinars like that for my job but it sounds not so fun. I hope they figure out the issues so your not training longer than expected. Good luck
