I believe the days of in a physical classroom setting is gradually about to be replaced by an internet video or virtual classroom, My question is not will it happen, it will, the question is is it best for our children? Taking a human live interaction away from a child can have a detrimental effect on the learning process. The internet can provide a virtual classroom which can provide multiple similutaneous screens , settings and research. But is something being taken away without a human there to provide an individual touch?

Well... kids are extremely social especially from K to year 12. You have to put them into an environment where they can socialize with kids their age. I'm sure that maybe there are some online systems which allow kids to work on projects together but it's just not the same. They need to socialize, physically, with people. They cannot spend all day, everyday with their parents, they need friends.
