Guns, Drugs, and everyone loses.

I find it funny that just a few months ago we had nearly the same heated argument that Marijuana should be legalized that we're now having about tougher legislation on guns. I might be wrong but I get the feeling based of party platforms that people who are pro guns are generally against drugs and vice-versa. I personally think both should be legal, though not mixed together for obvious reason. But I'm sure there are plenty people who defend one and not the other and some who are against both. So let me ask you. If you support one and not the other. Then why is one freedom more important than the other? How do you justify arguing for a right you care about while trying to justify taking someone elses rights?

I believe in support all or support none.
