Delhi administration is failing miserably in many areas nowadays. After the gruesome incident occurred on 16th of December 2012, where a young girl was gruesomely gang raped and thrown out of the moving bus, the Police Authorities claimed that they have improved the system and things are very much under control. But unfortunately within next one month there have been several gang rapes and also rapes took place in the City falsifying the claims of the Police department. The Traffic Police of Delhi has started a strict action against the Owners of the Vehicles having dark films on their Wind shields. In spite of strict checking of such vehicles at various spots and removal of the dark films, still there are many vehicles on Delhi Roads with Dark window glasses. Unfortunately many of them are belonging to some VIP or Government department. The Delhi Administration has decided to fix GPS system in Auto Rickshaws that are meant for public transportation so that their location can be monitored. They have already fixed such systems in many of the Auto Rickshaws and in return collected about Rs. 18000/- per Auto Rickshaw as the required fee for this. Now having fixed this equipment in majority of the Auto Rickshaws in Delhi, the travelers are still not safe! Reason? These GPS systems are not working as the Delhi Administration doesn’t have any Control room to monitor this system. It is really frustrating situation! Though many laws or rules are introduced by the Delhi Authorities taking the safety of the Ladies into consideration, it has got miserably failed in getting the same implemented. The lady workers are supposed to be provided the transportation to the lady employers if they are working during the night time. But unfortunately this thing is not implemented and still there are many lady employees who are depending on public transportation to reach their places during the night times. This is just an example to quote! It is high time that Delhi Administrative Authorities should wake up and do the needful for the safety of the women residing in the Capital City Delhi. What you say? Your comments on this topic will be highly appreciated!

You are Right..They must wake up. But they actually don't care about the citizens of Delhi. There is corruption everywhere! But there is one party that really cares and are here to bring change in this dirty politics i.e. Aam Aadmi Party. Dirty politics is the cause of many problems. They have promised that they will be taking measures against women security and also said that they will bring a Women Security Force!

Well, first of all the delhi Authorities really do something and avoid this kind of accident happen again, but those methods just still in the surface, and definitely they will drop down this kind os cases, but it still far away to enough. And I think that your country must set a severe law to avoid this kind of accident again to try your best to protect your women, and in your society people should change their mind and learn to respect women, for example,no offense but I think the dowry convention in your country is crazy. I know that it still a long way to go but I surely think that your people can deal with it and your women will have a bright future.

This place is just one of those gold mines... you can mint money forever as long as you have power. 18000/- for a GPS which doesnt get monitored... A Bad Joke with those auto wallas. The security... Ah, all that was just beefed up only to tell to the Delhi and Indian People that We are there to care... as always, it is just a showoff. Wait for a few months for this Hyped Rape to get out of our minds and then, it would be back to the same old Indian ways... Who Cares!! (I think sometime in Feb when they release that PGV film - The Attacks of 26/11 in theaters, the focus would shift to Mumbai Attacks again and everything of this rape would be forgotten) And for the Tinted Glasses, Aw, c'mon, there is no way anyone can force me to get into the sun and get effected by those uV rays of the SUN. I should get the Human Rights working for me ps.: I have lost all my faith, trust in Indian Government and it has been so since the past few years... And everyday, my belief just gets stronger that I will live a not-so-happy life.

there is lot of frustration in my mind regarding this situation ,but main thing is that we cannot blame system for not working the gps system and no monitoring room as system is made of you and me and we all have same responsibility as the police officer have as we are a citizen of our country
