Musteries of universe: Why we dreaming?

That question always concern me.
And today i have a really wierd dream. But the wierdest part is that im remember not the full dream, but just a part.
I a lot about Why we dreaming from Some people i now. Many of them believes what
the dreams is something like prophecy. Whatever you see is going to happen.
I dont believe in that but some dreams are very interesting. For example sometimes we dream about what someone is chasing us and we cant get away.
Or when we sleeping we feel like fall somewere and sudenly woke up from.
Does that ever happen to you?

Well he saying what when we dream our mind trying to remember things what happend to us. When we learn a something new a good sleep help us to keep it in your mind.
I like also the thing he says about nightmares.
He said what a person who see nightmares beter react to bad things what happening to
him. Dreams prepare us to the life!
