Hi guys! In retail business, we need loyal customers in order to be a reliable retailer that can sustain in running our business. But, sometimes to get loyal customers is not as easy as getting visitors to our store. May this discussion can show your fantastic experience on how the way to get loyal customers. Getting loyal customers does take a lot of work. Mostly, I think you have to make it personal. Learn your customers' names and what they do for a living. Maybe collect emails and send newsletters with special offers for customers who choose to be on your mailing list.
