Chased by dog

I was waiting for company bus this morning,other colleagues wasn't get there cause I'm a little bit earlier.After a while,a women colleague run to me in panic,and a dog was chasing her.The dog didn't bite her or bark to her,just run around her and smell her,like want to find something on her.She is a city girl,and almost drop her tears.She told me the dog was following her from home to here for no reason.Finally,the company bus came,and we didn't let the dog get up bus.Out of window,he was staring at the bus for a while,then get through the road and disappeared.
That's weird,do you have any similar experiences?

I'd like to share one of my friends'experience with you here.
She is also a city girl and the dog was chasing her that time. She was scared and went to a small shop to escape from his chasing. And the boss of the shop asked her, " Did you eat the dog meat these days?" She said yes. The boss said the dog may smell it. I am not sure if it is really reasonable. But what the boss of the shop said really gave her a shock.
And I am not sure if your colleague did it as well. I don't mean to say she might eat the dog meat. It is just your post that reminds me of this memory.

that's interesting,I even don't know the dog meat can be ate by person.I never raised a dog. :)

I’m a little afraid dogs. I think rabies vaccine would have bad influence on intelligence.So when I met dogs, I always went as far away as I could. Never be chased by dogs.

is raising a little dog,and this morning she hugged the dog for a long time,maybe the big dog smelled a familar smell.

songs557 I think since the dog didnit seem visiuoyu maybe the dog was lost and hoped by following her he co uld find where he belonged. Too bad that it scared her though.I once had a similar experiende but the dog followed me to work and slipped into the librartt where she found her mistress and was just waggling its tail and so happys to find her mistress. Her mistress was dumbfounded to see her dog there. So she had to call her adult son and ask him to please take the dog back home. after all dogs are not allowed in the library

You know what.I guess you are right,well,I don't know you believe it or not,I can see panic in the dog's eyes when he staring at me. what a poor dog!!!

One can see lots of stray dogs here, on the streets, lanes, my son was chased by one, the dog bite his foot, he was moving by his bike to work place.

LOL, I do have such experienced that I was chased by a Dog.
Back then when I haven’t had a pet before, I was afraid on such animals mostly because I don’t know how they react to humans and that they know human scent most especially fear. So, while you stay away they will eventually bark at you and when you ran away, they will definitely chase you.
Now that I have a pet dog for 3 years already, I am not afraid of a barking dog and rather run from the place, I would stay and just ignore it because eventually they will stop their act as territorial creatures ones they sense that you are not an enemy.
