For me and based on my researched BREAKFAST should be the heaviest meal and supper the lightest. This is because most of your activities are concentrated early in the day, and you need more energy in the morning. Taking a heavy not overloaded breakfast will help you eat less during supper. This is the first step to weight control. So some will asked how about for people who works at night and sleep on the day? well of course if the sleep on the day when they wake up that is considered 'Breakfast ' too as that is the first meal you will eat to work during night. as what breakfast means break from fasting which is also a form of sleeping, we sleep for long hours and then we break that from eating after wake up. so that's the essence of breakfast. break the fast.and we need 100% energy from there.75% in the afternoon and 50% in the evening.

Definitely the breakfast. The longer you stay up, the slower your metabolism will be, and that could cause health problems and gaining weight. Also, you need energy to start the day. In my country, there's a saying: have breakfast like a king, have lunch like a citizen and have dinner like a poor man. (off? my grandpa, who loved eating, twisted this saying, and told it with king, a second king, a third king :D).

I believe breakfast should be heavy. It should include good amount of fats, proteins and calories as well. Lunch should be moderate. And dinner should be very very less. That way you won't gain lot of weight on your stomach and be healthy as well.

I agree with you on that. That is actually the reason why I always prepare a heavy breakfast for my kids. They wake up as early as 5 am everyday and I want then to be full of energy by the time they come to school.
