Have you ever got stressed in life? What are the things you do when get stressed in life?

Everyone of us often suffer from extreme stress whether it be from our type of work, at home or even the environment. There are so many ways and techniques shared around on how to combat stress or even avoid too much stress in our lives. Some may employ yoga, which i for one use it as a form to calm and relax myself where there is too much work pressures for me. I take vitamins and eat a balanced diet to replenish my body of energy lost due to extreme stress and exhaustion. When I'm in a bad mood, emotional stress that is, I usually eat chocolates for all I know chocolates contains some good mood inducing chemicals thereby relieving depression caused by stress. Listening to music is another way of relieving my stress, coupled with a short nap, and puff I will be ready to go about my work again energized.

Hi, everyone of us experienced stress as part of our daily life,could it be too much work,health worries and many others, How to manage strees?..... i keep myself busy,listening to music to keep my mind and body relaxed, and if still unsatisfied.... this is the time i take anti-stressed capsule and go to sleep.

Hi, For me, stress comes when the things to be accomplished piles up and the time to do them becomes shorter. I tend to rush up making more mistakes and getting the back log longer. When I realize I have gone into this stage, all I must do is pause and take stock of the situation, even leaving the whole thing and going some place quiet and take a deep breath and go to sleep if necessary. I call this strategy "a tactical retreat" in order to win a battle of insurmountable stressful work conditions. Works every time.

I've got stressed when i didn't work thing out or feel that i'm far away from my dream,but anyway,do somethings to nearer my dream and i would feel much better.This needs you own to work it out,so don't be frustrated and look up to life.

I believe everyone deals with stress it just varies on which stressor affects one’s life. In my take, I deal with stress by making up a good planning on how I will get rid of the stressor. Making positive take on such work will help you in your determination to stop stress in life. Putting positivity rather doing it with negative take will help you gain a more stress-relief lifestyle.

We all do at some point and we all have different ways of dealing with it. I go to the gym to exercise and put my brain to good use. I go to church and pray a lot. I go out with friends to have fun simply tell them how I feel and they give advice on how I should move on without stress. I sometimes eat less when I am stressed.

Learning not to choose your calm and cool repose is the fundamental thing in times of stress and strain. Thigh the same would seem difficult,it is the right choice to ease out mental tensions and problems.

When I got stressed out( for whatever reasons Family, life, work.. etc.) I eat foods that I like. I go out every weekends hanging out with friends or just simply go out all by myself.

When I get stressed out, I find coming in here eases the stress. It helps me to forget about the things that are bothering me, as I worry a lot about things, and posting here, helps ease that, and I am glad about that too, as I don't like to worry about things, as it does no good to worry, as it just makes me ill. I come in here and have fun, whether I post or not, as there are lots of discussions that I will take time to read, and not respond to. Posting however, is a lot more fun, thatn just reading discussions. I learn from othersw too, and that is what mylot is all about. Take care, and have a very good day.

I've never been that stressed out in life. But if I do, what I will do is just to list down all the things that are bugging me and then I will ask myself what's the worst thing that could happen. That usually makes me feel a little better.

I usually take a nice hot bath, light a wonderful (but not too strongly) scented candle, and read a book or listen to calm music.

when I am stressed, I eat chocolates or ice cream and sometimes, I just read a good book until I fall asleep.

Well when I get stressed in life I just can't eat.! I trying to calm down and think about nice things. Sometimes I watch some tv. It really helps.

Oh yes. Vacation. That's why I make it a point to travel once a year. I don't acccept calls when I'm on vacation and when I'm feeling stressed, i just think that my schedule for vacation is nearing and I can relax and feel the ocean breeze on my skin.

getting stressed is common for all. well, I just try to pray that time in my mind and use some good affirmation like my guardian angle walk in front and open my way to the things that I want. my angels support me and everything is alright.

Maybe will put another planet on your shoulders. It is mainly due to the work stress and sometimes the workload is high and the working hours depending on the work.

why you should have stress? i mean you affirm goods and good always happen to you. right? stress is for me.... the earth is on my sholder and i feel how heavy is... my back has broken with it....
