I am also dreaming of visiting Hongkong with my family in the days to come. They want to go to Disney Land. I hope you enjoy your stay with the place.

I'm sure your daughter will enjoy Hong Kong. I've been there twice, I have never seen Disneyland though. The first time I've been there was in 2004 and Disneyland was not yet built. We visited the place again in 2009 but we reached Hong Kong (we came from Macau and had to go back) at noon time and just decided to not continue going since there is not enough time. I want to go back there with my son when he gets a bit older so that he will remember the place and the experience. He is just 21 months today, perhaps when he is at least 4 years old.

I went to Hong Kong, Western Australia and Singapore on my trip in 2000. It was summer time so therefore it was hot and humid in Hong Kong. I stayed at the youth hostel on the top of Mount Davis. The views from there at night time with all the lights below were stunning looking. I liked riding on an old tram. I hope your visit to Hong Kong with your daughter will be excellent. I am sure you will have a pleasant trip in Hong Kong. I also like Hong Kong because it is a shopping heaven. There are many nice food there. And the people are very friendly.

I've been to Hong Kong and staying there in almost a year. The place was great, I did explore the place and adapt some of their culture. Though the product-lines are so expensive but it is worth it to purchase them, considering the qualities.

I went to Hong Kong in 1999 and it was a great trip. However, in 1999, there was no Disneyland yet. Now that there's a Disneyland in Hong Kong, it is a great place to bring your young daughter for a visit. Hope that you'd enjoy your stay in Hong Kong. I wish I can go there again.

HongKong? Long hours fly from U.S.A to there, at least 18 hours or longer. So, where is your starting point, and do you know anyone in HongKong? I have been to HongKong many times before, and I simply don't like that place that much. Too many people, and the traffic just not what I expected. The living accommodation was to small, and the food was too expensive. I would rather go inland China, and see the places I want to see.

We've been to Hongkong a couple of years back with some friends and some colleagues. The first time we were there our company sponsored the trip and we did our own version of "The Amazing Race" as part of our team-building activity. When we went there for the second time with friends, we made that trip to Disney and Ocean Park and did some shopping. It was fun, and it was a short trip when I still live in Manila. It is also small enough that you can actually tour the whole country in one day. I must admit that it was kinda polluted and crowded but we still had fun! We met some really nice locals and they are so cultured and well-traveled.

I've been to Hongkong in 2007. I really enjoyed the Disneyland and the Victoria Peak. It is beautiful there and clean. People walk fast and seem very busy. I've noticed too that everything is quite expensive and shopping is costly. You should have a lot of pocket money there if you are planning to go there. I also remembered the delicious Chinese foods we ate in one of the restaurants. It is one of the best. Truly, yummy!
