A female co - worker is recent take a sick leave, since she got this back pain problem that bother her for over a year already. Last year, she took all of her vacation time, plus sick days and some unpaid leave time to went through a back pain surgery. This year, she just have to get another one done. Another co - worker called her the other day to see what's up, she was crying because she gone through a lot of pain lately, and she also worry about taking too much time off might affect her work. We just console her to be worry - free, since she is a hard worker, and our supervisor would try everything to keep her. We just hope that she will get well, and return to work as soon as possible.

Yes, it is Sad when you see and work with people who are always having to take time off due to medical issues. It does make it hard for them to survive, and know that they are always in a lot of pain as well. It never hurts as well to Pray for people you work with, and let them know you care. Praying never hurts a situation and often is a source of encouragement as well. Hope she can be back to work again soon.

That's so sad. And she will need all the support and prayers that she can get, especially a support system from your workplace. I am sure that her job is very important for her and that is one of her worries. It's a good thing that your supervisor is very supportive of her condition. I hope she gets well soon.
