This 4 digit paypal code making me sick , where to find this please help again.

Friends , i am working in my paypal for withdrawing funds to my bank account for almost half day , my headache is aching now , i can't have it done ! I am not getting the correct thing , i always ended in this sentence ---You need to enter the 4-digit PayPal code from your debit or credit card statement before you can withdraw funds to your bank account.
How am i going to get that 4 digit paypal code ? Where to get that one ? Got my credit card but not accepted ..This things almost makes me sick , quiet a problem since last two days. Please friends need your help i am about to surrender.. thanks so much .

Hi Angel!
I'm here again to the rescue. How did you verify your PayPal Account? Did you use you cellphone? Then, if you do, it should be sent to you by smart with a text like this: Approval of Php 100.00 purchase at PP*0000 CODE Merchant from card (name of card).
PP*0000 - this is a sample of your code. Look for the message sent to you by smart or whatever network you might have used.

Hello Aries , haha so problematic always ! Still , stil problem unresolved. I have linked my card . I am not using smartphone , the more it will make me confuse. I have linked 3 cards already , maybe i am doing the wrong process.

Well, I am also confused now, he he. Do you have a verified Paypal account already? Because that should be the first thing you should do. If your account is already verified Paypal will not anymore asked for the code. It will only asked for the bank code every time you add a new card but not a Paypal code.
Check first if you have a verified account already.

Oh, sorry you are still not getting the Paypal withdrawing thing straight...
I think you have to verify your bank account that is linked to your Paypal first.
For that, Paypal made very small deposit to your bank account. You then have to check in your bank account statement for the transaction code of that deposit. That's the code that you have to enter when you verify your bank account in Paypal.

The small deposit made by Paypal is part of the verification process; something that needs to be done first before you can request for withdrawal.
I'd suggest you go by your fellow Filipino suggestions given here, especially the step by step one from Jaiho.

How can i check bank when i still can't withdraw funds ? Yes maybe that one verify bank account first. I will try this let us see if it will work now. Many thanks Sissy.

Trust me this is troubling me since yesterday. I have received my payment from one of my sites and it got rejected by paypal because they said that i have not confirmed my credit card. I posted my visa debit there it did not accept. They have sent two deposits to my bank which i have to confirm as well. I wanted to go out today but i can't find my bike keys i am going mad since yesterday night. Imagine i called my bank yesterday night at 1 am i am sure they though i am a retard. Forget about the credit card it is never going to work. Why don't you link your bank account to your paypal? it is easier. I am just waiting to get my bank verify those amount and i am set to go on Paypal hopefully.

If the amount got deducted from your card then see the code is on your card statement in particulars.Access your credit card on-line.Signup as new user on the card site if you haven't done it yet.

Anyways you can either see it on your monthly credit card statement but accessing the credit card account on-line will help you get the code more quicker.

In order to confirm your card Paypal charges your card with a small amount (around $2 but I am not sure). Then you have to log in to your creatit card account through internet banking or whatever you use, and find the deposit. Instead of a name, it will have a 4 digit number, this is what you need to confirm the card and you only have to do this once. Don't worry, the $2 charge will be returned to your account after the confirmation process!

Oh , i haven't done this thing ! Long time i got a Paypal account and i haven't tried to withdraw any only now , that is why seems everything is messed up.

Just little amount and there is a minimum amount for withdrawal.

k so the Paypal allow 10 dollars to withdraw its a minimum amount so try to attach your bank account to your Paypal account

If your debit card already deducted by verifying your account just wait you will get it after 24 hours minimum. I forgot when I link my EON to paypal more than 4 years. If you were not able to verify your account, I will advice to get SMARTMONEY from Smart Communication, 120 pesos processing fee and you will get your card a minimum of 5 days if you live in Metro Manila and 2 weeks provincial areas. When you link your SMARTMONEY to your paypal account, a couple of seconds you will get your expose 4 digit code.

Yes it's a card that you can use cashless shopping and can withdraw funds in all leading atm nationwide. Besides, every transaction you will make either online or offline, you will get notification to your phone. It can also used for SMARTPADALA worldwide for Filipino people.

Your credit card was not accepted by Paypal? That is quite odd... anyway, try using a debit card, instead. I opened an EON account at Union bank and that is the one I used to link in my Paypal account. the 4 digit code will show up in 3-4 days. You just need to make an online account so you will be able to see the 4-digit code that Paypal will send to your Eon account. 100 pesos will be deducted from your Eon Account but will be returned by Paypal once they have verified the account.
