I am sneezing again

Today is suppose warmer than yesterday, so I don't want to wear extra layer of clothing. Until this evening, I took a shower, and wash my hair, I start to feel the chill on my body again. Then I sneeze a couple of times. One thing after another, after the shower, I got stuffy nose. Oh my God, I don't want to catch the cold again, because I still have to work on Friday morning and night. Plus, this Saturday I have to work overtime too. In hurry, I dug out a pack of Tylenol for treating cold and stuffed nose, hopefully after a sleep, I would get better tomorrow.

Tylenol is paracetamol used for treating fever and body aches. Is there another kind of Tylenol with phenylpropanolamine for cold?

Cold usually occured when you don't have enough sleep and you go out expose yourself to a cold weather and if not take a bath with water directly poured on to your head. usually augment when you lack vitamin C in your body. In tropical country it is common specially on the sudden change of wheather from rainy to sunny.

My sneezing problem is also starts because last night rain is came and today I bath early morning. I feel full body is like cold. My nose is start problem.

Drink lots of water and fruit juices. You may also want to take airborne if you like. Whenever I have to be out for long hours doing errands in this weather, I take one because goodness knows who's got the colds or flu virus. Tomorrow I will be flying to another state, and I am taking airborne again just to be on the safe side. Since December after my flu shot, I haven't had colds or flu although I always make sure to aid myself by taking airborne when i feel the symptoms that I might be catching colds.
