From various news report, and comments, they all criticize how straight talk wasn't straight honest with their customers. Instead, most iPhone customers were got kick out from their service, since they used above average data usage. Even though the contract and advertisements stated that unlimited talk, text and data. But on their restrictive term of service, they just won't allow their customers used their data over 2 GB, or they might be throttling, or shut off the service. That is something you might have to keep your mind on when using those service. Whether they comply with what they promise you for, or they simply dishonest with you. I heard so many great words about straight talk before, but with this comments, I totally change my mind with this service provider. So, anyone who sign up with straight talk have ever encounter such problem?

That kind of plan is also available in some of our service providers here in the country. But I am not sure if they really stick to what they say on their contract coz I gave up my subscription for a post paid mobile phone. I felt I can save a lot in using pre-paid instead. However, I did notice that there are promos offered such as having unlimited internet usage good for 3 days with a specific amount which somehow could be reasonable enough. However, if you exceed a certain data usage, the supposedly unlimited usage for 3 days will be forfeited.

It is true, there are many alibis to win the support of the customers, but something inside is hidden that you must to discover. think they are entitled to what they are doing, for if you created something for public used and you want it to prosper so then there must a limitations to watch your interest. Now if you let the customer know all the limitations one thing for sure, participants will be limited and if you will hide some limitation and let the customer discover it themselves,it will take time and before they know they do are already addicted to some features attached to the program.
