It is always happening whenever the weather the inconsistent. Awhile having very hot weather, and next minute it rains heavily. My nose really can't take it anymore... Doctor says i have sensitive nose, and many do have sensitive nose. I can't take a bit of dust around me, regardless from things or surroundings. This is so inconvenient to me. During too hot weather, my nose will bleed a little... When it rains, i will sneeze till my throat sore. Sigh...do i really need to wear a mask 24hours 7days a week? I am just so weak...How i wish i could be a little more stronger. Wonder how should i take care in order that i don't get sick because of my weak nose?

Hi,I don't know how to do with the sensitive nose, sorry about that. But I do know how to deal with the nose when it bleeds. When I was young, my nose often bleeds, sometimes even when I wash my face, I touch my nose, then it begins to bleed, I can't even stop it. It almsot bleeds every day. I was too weak.I went to many hospitals, I took many medicines, but all these don't work. Then one day I found an effective folk remedy on the internet. I did like it said, do you know what? It cured my nose, my nose seldom bleeds after that. Now I will tell you the remedy , friend. You just find some garlic clove, mash them and put it on your center of the foot(soles of your feet), you can use some plastic bags to make it steady, after 20 to 30 minutes, you throw the garlic and wash your feet clean. That's it. You can have a try, you don't need to wait the time, just use it even when your nose doesn't bleed, it's OK, anyway, it's garlic, it won't do harm to you, maybe it can solve the other problems about your nose, too.

Curing a nose bleeding by putting garlic under your feet ? My grandmother was dropping garlic in water at night and was drinking the water (not the garlic) at wake up to prevent nose bleeding. Maybe she was right? At least it seems that garlic can help.

Hi caopaopao, good to hear that your nose seldom bleeds already. Is the remedy really that effective?? Wow, it's really my first time knowing it. Yes, it brings no harm trying it, but my nose bleeds isn't as serious like yours. Thank you so much for sharing the remedy. Will try it out to see if it works for me. Hi topffer, your grandmother uses garlic too?? So, this remedy is really a to-try method to help nose bleeding problem. However, eating too much garlic will cause heatiness to our body. As for me, if i gets heaty, i fall sick easily. But since this remedy from "caopaopao" is to put under our feet, then it should be fine to me.

I agree with Hatley. It sounds like you have allergies and the only person who can tell you that is a "allergy doctor." They will take tests and find out exactly what you are allergic to. Don't go to a regular doctor because they will not take the test that you need done. You need an allergist. He will either prescribe you a pill or give you shots for this condition, and maybe shots and an allergy pill. You could possibly be allergic to something right in your own home which is making you sick.

Hi Hatley & Kashmeresmycat, thank you for the advise. May i know what is this "Benadryl"? I search the internet...but doesn't look like something that can be eaten. Is this some kind of cream to apply for an allergic person to dust? Actually i have seen many doctors, most of them never said that i was allergic to dust. Only a doctor near my home actually really take time to check and notice that i have a sensitive nose towards dust and surrounding. Most doctors always blame on the weather since majority are sick due to the upset weather. However, not all actually affected due to the weather. Although weather is one of the cause to my nose problem, but the main problem was my sensitive allergic nose. Doctors here nowadays mostly just look at you and give some speech, and that's it. Didn't really check and diagnose the problem and give proper advise. Taking the easy way out huh?

Had you regularly taken vitamin C every day just a help to strengthen our immune system. I do have sinusitis problem because of the weather too, changing to hot and cold weather makes my nose in pain up to my head and sometimes it lasted from 2 to 3 days. I do take regular vitamin C and drink a lot of fluids and it helps me. Maybe try to consult an EENT doctor too for a proper medicine for you.

Recently i just bought vitamin C for my consumption. This vitamin C helps for nose and throat, so i bought it to try. So far so good, but i have to drink a lot of water. Otherwise, it will cause stools to hardened and easily getting ulcer or dry throat. Maybe next time i will consult ENT doctor. Thanks for the advice.

I understand from some friends and doctors that vitamin C must be taken together with B-complex for better absorption. Is it true? Can we just consume vitamin C by itself?

Hi lilybug, i understand your feeling being driven crazy by the nose. From the information i received from mylotters here, some suggest taking Vitamin C to boost our immune system; another is to pound some ginger and put under our feet. I don't know how effective the ginger method can be, well...no harm trying it.

ahhhh ouch! Have you seen an Ear Nose, Throat doctor? I am now on my daily medications of anti histamine. I think I have the same problem like yours. Not just weather, I have allergies with perfume (tuttifrutti) scents. My nose reacts on too sweet scent. but I do put perfume too not this kind though. I have problems with folding clothes, my eyes will itch and sneezes follow. too difficult. My doctor said it is a form of Asthma because we have asthma in the family. It is Allergic Rhinitis. If the weather is too hot then suddenly the weather will drop to cold, I will certainly have asthma attack.. coughing and sneezing at the same time.

Hi Mavic123456, i have not visited the ENT docor yet. I do have allergies on perfume too, like you. But for me, is not only the sweet scent...any scent too strong that makes my nose uncomfortable will get my nose itchy and runny, then surely affects my throat. However, i have not heard doctor saying i have asthma problem. Maybe my situation is close to asthma because when i have nose problem, i will have difficulty in breathing. My brother has asthma problem, but he is not really allergic to dust. He is more towards aggressive activities will cause his asthma to arise. But it depends, sometimes out of nowhere, his asthma will attack... I have some similar symptoms too, since we are allergic to dust, we will face problems like itchy eyes, runny nose with sneezing, coughing etc... Do take some vitamin C to boost your immune system too. That's what i am trying now.
