Is there anything our 12 year old cat won't get into? LOL Hubby and I were sitting in here working on our computers, watching TV and chatting, when I heard the cat in the kitchen, making a clink, clink, clink, noise with something I could not identify from here. Best I could tell, it sounded like it was made of glass. Hubby went out to investigate, and found the friggen furball playing with a fresh light bulb. Only God knows where he got it, because we didn't think we had them where he could reach them, let alone get one to the floor without breaking it. LOL Fortunately I heard it, and Hubby was able to get it away from him nefore he could break it, and possible hurt himself. Any new and interesting cat toys born in your houses today? Let's hear about them!

My cats have been known to play with the lids of milk jugs and shoo them across the floor. Sometimes they'll also get ahold of a stray pencil or crayon and bat that across the floor too. I'm just glad they are active and found a way to entertain themselves for a lil play time ;0)

Shakti is 12 years old, and still acts like a kitten. He'll be 13 on June 2. :) A real energetic cat, and I hope I have him around and active forever, just as long as he leaves the lightbulbs alone.

I can see him carrying it in his mouth to get it down to the floor. They can be good about such things... I can't remember the last really interesting thing that one of the "kids" carried off. I know that they had the stylus for the tablet at one point. I don't think they are the culprits in its latest disappearance, though; that seems to have my boyfriend's fingerprints all over it. "Middle" cat has a thing for trying to eat cords. She's made her (very serious) mark on my boyfriend's computer cord. The male cat has a thing for chewing on tape. Let no bit of tape go without cat drool! However, those are not new behaviors. They are 8 and 9, so they have had years to perfect these "skills."

Harmony will find odd things too. Last night it was a tiny scrap of paper folded up. She was going at it as if it were an insect, if you know what I mean. Last week she managed to find a mini marshmallow that I guess I had dropped and she was batting that around until it was hidden again.
