Refuse to get up

Do you feel that there are some days that you just simply refuse to get up from bed? You felt so lazy that you simply just want to lay in bed even though you are not sleepy anymore. Also if you have work but you refuse to do it despite the deadlines because you rather lay in bed lazily than to do it.

Hi, I am retired person so I don't have to work more so there is no tiredness. Sometimes I have travel for some work more or sometimes I couldn't sleep well at night. Then I don't want to get up early. I want to lye on bed for more time. Sometimes when I eat sweets more I feel very sleepy. And have a laziness for getting up from bed.

Honestly, I have this feeling all the time. I enjoyed lying down my bed while hugging the pillows and enjoy the peaceful comfort. Even when I have some work to do, I find it really depressing to get myself up sometimes. I guess there is an addiction to the comfort of bed. Perhaps I can make a poem about my bed.

On Saturdays I am usually like this. During the weekend, I don't have class so I usually plan the time to use it to study all day. But when I wake up on a Saturday morning knowing I have forty eight hours of studying to do, it is difficult to get up from my warm bed and start working. Eventually I do have to get up.

It happened to me many times but I don't have any choice. I am force to rise from bed because my offline business need me. Unless I am not feeling well I will stay on bed. Although I am tired sometimes but still I need to force myself to go our shop to open it.

I do have such experience also, I don’t think it’s because of acting lazy, it’s just you are too tired because you are fed up with work that previous day resulting that you want more rest and in the morning you are preoccupied with work that you wish you had the day more on resting than working. What I usually do when I feel to stay more in bed is to sleep for a few seconds or so, and then put my phone to an alarm so that by a second or so, I will be able to wake up and to fuel my tired body. Drinking and consuming energy giving foods also replenishes such tiring feeling.

I do this one day a week. The only thing I do is take my son to school, go back to bed and stay there until its time to go get him from school..its the only peace I have in my day so I call it a mental health day...lol

Some days we need this, and just relax all day. I know most Saturday's are my relaxing type days.

I just had it now. A teacher told me that I will have no tutorial class today because the students need to review on the Entrance Exams for high school. so I just spent a few minutes in the bed to sleep. it is Saturday anyway.
