We all know the health benefits of drinking real fresh coconut juice. You would know it is fresh and real when the coconut is broken in front of you and you buy the juice fresh off from the coconut. However, in our place there is only one place that has this kind of merchandise and it's a bit far, so a number of bottled or packed coconut juices have sprouted. They are packed and preserved in ice.
Well I had my lunch early around 11 am in one of the restaurants in the city and I decided to have some coconut or "buko" juice which came in a sealed plastic glass labeled "fresh and natural."
How true is this? Is the coconut juice we are buying real coconut juice or are we just drinking water with sugar? But when you buy and drink this, you actually have bits of coconut meat in it. Maybe I am just being too skeptical?
Again, are we drinking real coconut juice in bottled coconut juice?

if it is cheap, it just has this flavor and "Natural = 5%", if the price is moderately affordable "Natural = 20%". If very expensive "Natural = 45%" hehehe... and if super expensive still Natural = not 100%. Why didn't you order the one still in the husk? so it is really fresh and natural? How can it be fresh if it is placed in a glass already?
Note: those percentages were not accurate and no scientific proof, it is just created by my imagination.

If those are questionable... then they are not not true at all.... and waste of money and danger to health. buy the fresh one as in from the market to make sure that you get the best one.

Hi
Yes though they claim that they are selling the fresh original coconut juice. There are all possible chances that it can't be pure one. After all the business people can do anything for the sale. We have to check it for ourselves and find out if we feel its good then go with it otherwise just drop buying such things.

I am not a fan of coconut juice. But if i do buy them, I make sure that I buy it fresh. As for those selling in sealed bottles, I think that it is not 100% pure. you know how expensive one coconut is today and I am sure it is diluted with water and sugar.
