Is it good idea to bring laptop from usa to india by ebay?

I come to know that there is huge price difference between american products and Indian products. The laptop which I want differs by 23-28k almost! And shipping charges of about 5000. But I don't know anything about customs. I googled but no help. So please tell me 1. Are customs compulsory for every shipping method? 2. How can I get item shipped to India without custom? 3. Approx. How much will I charged for custom for laptop worth rs. 35-45k? 4. What are other duties that can affect my pocket highly and how can I avoid that? Pls answer too all questions. And if you are sure then answer because there are lots of confusions in my head. Don't worry I'll mark best response who can really help me. Thanks!
