Emma ran away because Britt was so mean to her. So most likely she will find her way to the hospital and to Sabrina. Hopefully Patrick will finally see through Britt and not believe what ever spin she tries to put on Emma being gone. Britt will probably try to blame it on Sabrina. Maybe Sabrina will finally stand up to Britt and Elizabeth will help her and then Patrick will, too.
