Is there any legit form filling job ?

I have tried different money making options . While going through this process, i have found that online form filling is one of such options .But to find out a legit form filling site is really difficult. Most of them ask for a registration fee.By now i have come to know that the sites which demand registration fee are generally a scam.
Other sites like Odesk and freelancer are legit but there remains a stiff competition for getting a job and those sites ,being bidding sites are difficult to get through.
Do anyone have any information about form filling ,email posting ,ad posting jobs without investment which will generate atleast some money at the end of a month?
