Healthy Ice Cream!

Recently, I discovered a great, healthy alternative to ice cream. If you love ice cream and need to stay healthy then I strongly suggest buying a fruit sorbet from your nearest grocery store. Fruit sorbets are natural and organic and made from about 95% fruit. You can get it in many different flavors, like: strawberry, raspberry,peach, coconut, banana, blueberry! It tastes great and has amazing health benefits!

do you mean we should prepare ice cream with fruit sorbet. Oh then it sounds health .But i dont have any idea how to prepare ice cream with sorbet.

hi there caitlin2110,
that was a good tip for those who love to eat ice cream. the only thing is, if that is quite expensive though its healthy, consumers might be not buy due to its price. as some consumers much concern about the cost and not on the nutrients it may bring to the body. nevertheless, it is really a good substitute.

I love fruits but when it turn into something like juice or ice cream I cann't accept it. When I want fruits flavor I will eat fruits and when I want ice cream I will have ice cream. But I only love choco and vanilla ice cream.

Hi there. These have been going on as I e cream alternatives for a long time now, like frozen yogurts. They are indeed healthier and even more natural. The taste doesn't even differ. It tends to be a bit more pricey than good old ice cream but then I figure its still cheaper if its something good for you.

sounds good to me... I love all ice creams. I even like it like today.. when its cold and rain outside. Im lucky to have an ice cream shop right near me here. But Ill go to walmart later on and see if your kind is there.

I would wish to have one but i don't think that this ice cream would be available in India :(
