Why do people misuse their rights……should they punished severely

I could see most of the legal aspects there are loopholes and the criminals do go off. Are they misusing anything? It is mostly seen that the rights given especially to police men are highly misused also those corrupted politicians. Here the ultimate suffers are those people who obey rules and do not misuse their rights.

Hello Sham,
When culprits are those, who should protect the rules and regulations, protect the common man, their rights, then how can we punish them? They know about the rules well and the loopholes too. Our judiciary needs strong proofs to punish anyone; if anybody can create proofs against innocent people then it can punish innocent people. But it is really pity no one is doing anything to get punishment for the real culprits.
