How to set the avatar?

I tried many times but couldn't change my avatar nor edit my profile in Mylot.Could anyone tell me what's the problem? Thanks a lot.

If you have tried the right way by going on preferences and from there the profile and account information and still this is not working then. Mylot is under maintenance since very long time. And when they are done with it, probably all the things will be fine.
