Does downloading a software that says that it will optimize or increase your internet speed really works?Because i am downloading one if it does can you suggest a good one please.

It really depends on where you live. In my country my highest downloading speed is 200kb/s and it was set by the company. If download a software that claims will make me download over that speed is untrue, well maybe it could work. But the fact that internet bill is for a 200 kb/s download speed then nothing wont change it. In other countries the internet speed is way over that, but because of some constraints in your machine, the internet speed drops. Then it might work.
The question to ask now, what should be your correct internet speed? Is your current internet speed your correct internet speed? If yes then, no software will increase it.
What type of internet service are you using.

I have a broadband connection with 256kbps speed as per the speed test result so i can download max speed 30kbps.

Hi,
Two hundred maximum download is fast by our standards when we have to make do with an average of fifty kbps on good days. I wonder if the internet providers know how frustrated are their subscribers with the fixed subscription cost and snail pace speed they give. It is time to have a speed meter and pay the corresponding bandwith speed as it is just like electric or water usage, would level the playing field a little bit.

I had read some reviews online before downloading a software like that. They all said it was a spam. And i am also scared they are like tea viewer. Only thing team viewer starts only when we share the ID and password. But who knows these softwares can do the same but without your consent? as software is already downloaded in your computer. Well i think it is better to buy a fast speed rather than downloading such software. You should be cautious. Well if it works with you let me know as well, if you are downloading. But i suggest you not to do so.

I will do the check by the speed test if doesnt work i will uninstall it right after ok.

Any software cannot make you get downloading speed more than what your ISP is providing as per your package i.e as you mentioned 256kbps connection which will not give you more than 32kbps. However windows reserves 20% of speed for download updates for your OS which can effect your download speed. Also many downloading sites apply restrictions to free users and download managers download files in smaller bits which downloads a little better than browsers. For example Internet download Manager downloads a file is 16 small parts if a websites allows it of course.

I think the maximum speed is fixed by the company whose Internet connection service you are using. So it is not possible for any software to increase your internet speed. Moreover, such downloading of a software which is unknown to you may invite virus invasion to your computer. So I would suggest you to look before you leap.

There are many software in the market which help the users to download the files at a good speed. Some of the software which increase the downloading speed are, download acceleration plus and the other one download manager. I am am one who uses download accelerator plus. It provides me to download files at a good rate. This software is available at the market as premium as well as free versions. Free versions allow us to download files at maximum of 5 connections and the premium one at more number of connections. Anyway i am quite sure that this software will help you a lot to download files at a good rate.
