Linking articles

I have come across a few articles saying about linking your articles or creating a back link to them. Does anyone know about this as I would like to increase my views to other articles I have written elsewhere and also any hints would be nice. Is this allowed here in mylot as well?

I do link my articles in my blogs in order to get views to earn money, but I don't get too many views, but it does help me get some traffic for my articles.

How do you link the articles then? I am confused as how to do this as I am new to the writing scene and would like to increase my writing views.
