Hurts to lift my left arm

Ever since yesterday I been having trouble lifting my left arm without it hurting. I can lift it fully but it hurts in the armpit area. Feels like its pulling something when I lift my arm. When I touch the area it hurts I thought maybe it was just a pimple in the armpit area but I don't see anything. I touch the veins and stuff and it's tender and sore. Do you know what may be causing this? It's only been going on for a day so not to concerned yet. I did have that pneumonia shot in the same arm and had a reaction to it so not sure if it's from that but it's just a really weird feeling and I don't like it. I've never had this issue before. Any ideas what this could be?

It's most like cause by the shot that you had. But you should not worry about it. The pain will be gone in a day or two. Just don't put too much weight/pressure on that arm.

It could very likely be a part of your continued negative reaction to the shot. If your symptoms change, worsen or fail to improve over the next day or so, you should see your doctor.
