How to change welcome voice on my desktop while starting with?....

I am having windows xp os on my pc. When ever i restarted it , it is repeatedly giving a welcome music every time with same thing as i generally hates that voice. Now i ant to change it to a different voice, i.e. any one, but other than that. Is thee any process to change my welcome melody to my own interest one. And is there any way to disable that voice while getting restarted the pc every time? How to change the default desktop welcome screen to a different one?...
