My cousin posted this link on my Facebook last night, I looked through it and was laughting. This mobile home is within my range $2,000, it's about an hour from me. http://www.realtor.ca/propertyDetails.aspx?propertyId=12120936&PidKey=1420226587 I may need a bucket to go to the bathroom in, seeing as the toilet doesn;t look to be in good condition, the kitchen is very bright.

I saw it and thought nobody has lived in this since the 70's!

Well, it is well within your price range... However, if it were on its own land--even if it were just a little sliver of land--it would be well worth the price. When it comes to the really low-end properties, the question is whether you can fix it up enough to make it worth more than what you paid so that you can turn a profit when you resell. When it comes to mobile homes, that is extremely difficult to achieve.

Hey, it's amazing what fresh paint can do for a place! It might not be that bad...

Wow! What a deal! The decorating is a bit on the funky side though... $2000 is definitely affordable, but you have to add in the cost of the work it needs... whatever that may be. And if it's an hour away from your current location, how does that figure in to your various jobs?

Wow, I've never seen a kitchen like it! It's what you might call 'unique' lol. I've no idea of prices over there but I guess it's a bargain is it, although work would have to be done? I like the 'water' description of 'well' too. I hope you find something. What's the price you'd like to pay for something that wouldn't need as much work doing to it?

It really depends on if you are willing to do the renovations. There is nothing wrong with looking for something better. I wish you all the best.

yeah. I hope that you are able to find something you like. If you can make this into what you like then I'm happy for you. What happened with the other mobile homes that you had posted pics of before. Those ones looked really nice.
