,dear...All We know that the problems in the world one of the most is corruption. and therefore to build on good start in the state administration, i think i was the main requirement for the leader is MORAL. please..advise friends...

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well corruption has got into our system in such a way that it has to be tackled from the root only otherwise it is near impossible to tackle it. This has to start from the grassroot level i.e from the people itself. they have to oppose whenever they are made to pay bribes. Besides laws have to stringent to handle the people behind corruption. What say?
